Graphics[]
The graphics are obviously a product of their time (the late 90s). All humans cannot blink and open their mouths due to being painted on their faces, while their hands are either shaped like an oven mitt or they are eternally clenched in a boxing glove-like fist. The models are low-poly, in simple shapes like squares and triangles. Also there are many optional visual effects- like particles, lens flare, dynamic lighting and shadows.
- Resolution- there are many ways to adjust the resolution in the Options menu (under "Video"). However this comes with the drawback of the HUD and inventory changing sizes to accommodate this, with HD resolutions making them extremely small. With example pictures below, it would seem the best resolution setting is 640X480.
- Others- there are many ways to adjust this game's graphics, here are some examples listed below.

Trivia[]
- An official picture was created for this game's release in East Asia (Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, Mongolia etc), drawn in anime/manga style to help boost sales in that region. However neither Drakan video games published ever managed to be financially and/or commercially successful there. The American and European region boxarts are the same however.
- The game's linearity, multiplayer, difficulty modes, level transition plus other gameplay elements makes it similar to retro first-person shooters like the Serious Sam video game series.
